At Al-Razi, we aim to deliver your favorite perfumes, body mists, bakhoor, fragrance oils, and related products safely and on time across Pakistan.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver all over Pakistan, including major cities, towns, and many remote areas through our trusted courier partners.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is:

Karachi: 1–3 working days
Other cities in Pakistan: 3–5 working days
Remote areas: 5–7 working days

Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, high order volume, or sale events.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be shown at checkout before order confirmation.

We may offer free nationwide delivery on selected orders, promotions, or orders above a specific amount. Any free delivery offer will be clearly mentioned on our website.

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan with a minimum advance payment of Rs. 250 to confirm the order.

The remaining amount will be paid in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.

The advance payment helps us confirm genuine orders and cover initial processing and shipping arrangements. Orders will only be processed after the advance payment is received and confirmed.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, our team may contact you through phone call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email for confirmation.

Orders may be delayed or cancelled if the customer does not respond to confirmation attempts or if the required advance payment is not received.

Failed Delivery

If the courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable, does not answer calls, or refuses to receive the parcel, the order may be returned to us.

For re-delivery, additional shipping charges may apply.

Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Al-Razi will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address, incomplete information, or wrong contact number provided by the customer.

Please check your details carefully before placing an order.

Damaged or Missing Items

We pack all orders carefully. However, if you receive a damaged parcel or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear pictures or video of the parcel
  • Unboxing video, if available

Our team will review the issue and guide you accordingly.

Product Safety During Delivery

Perfumes, oils, and liquid items are packed securely to reduce the risk of leakage or damage. Slight outer packaging marks during courier handling may occur, but we try our best to ensure products reach you safely.
